I am the designer of the project. You can register in each groups you have at least one species and plans to keep it at least one year. You engages to attempt to preserve those species, disseminate it as much as possible to other members and to warn before stopping (to make it simple). The aim is to prevent the extinction of species in breeding and promoting dissemination.

Sauf erreur "to give up" veut dire "renoncer" .... je pense qu'il veut donc se retirer de Palmes pour les Eurycnema goliath (il doit penser stopper cet élevage à moyen terme je suppose).
